FluxPDFScanner ("the App") is developed by NextCore Consulting. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
FluxPDFScanner does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All documents, scanned images, PDFs, OCR text, and settings are stored locally on your device only. The App does not require account registration or login.
The following data is stored on your device:
The App requests camera access solely for document scanning. Camera images are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
The App requests storage access to save and manage your scanned documents on your device.
Text recognition (OCR) is performed using Google ML Kit's on-device text recognition. All processing occurs locally on your device. No document content is sent to Google or any other third party for OCR processing.
If you choose to enable cloud sync (Google Drive or WebDAV), your documents will be uploaded to the service you configure. This is entirely optional and user-initiated. The App does not sync any data without your explicit action.
The desktop transfer feature sends documents directly to your PC over your local Wi-Fi network using a PIN-authenticated connection. No data passes through external servers.
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data according to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device's settings.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
